This is one of the best sushi places in Sydney. It's unique circular restaurant space with window walls and a sushi train is definitely worth the visit. It's the best place if you love flavour and freshness! This sushi is sooo tasty with lots of herbs and sauces. You are able to view the professional chefs making the sushi. It's located next to Parramatta Station and Westfield. It is quite busy during peak times but the hustle and bustle adds to the Parramatta City vibe.

This sushi train is around the higher price range & it does taste fairly delicious however if you’re looking for a good tasty meal that I’d go back to- this would be a rare occurrence. I do recommend trying at-least once though, everyone’s taste is different regardless.
